I believe humans are made in the image of God and therefore are worthy of love and support. I believe in caring for those who are not always cared for by society. I believe in the underdogs. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their highest level of independence. I believe in encouraging my clients to be uniquely themselves because they were made to be exactly that. I believe that staff should be valued and feel valued each day they work. I believe staff should have the opportunity to increase their knowledge and receive support without feeling a burden.

In response to these beliefs, I started Pee-Wee’s Behavioral Services LLC in order to provide ABA therapy through individualized In-Home sessions by devoting focused attention and assessment with each individual client to discuss their specific needs, analyze their individual deficits and strengths, environment and goals for life. After an individualized plan has been developed for my clients, I then create individualized materials and session structures to best set them up for success and independence.

 

In addition, I hold individualized team meetings where I review the treatment plan and protocols with the RBTs assigned to the client’s case and the parents of the client to ensure everyone is on the same page and supporting the client to the best of our ability.

 

I provide monthly fieldwork supervision meetings, meet board standards for RBT and BCaBA supervision, and provide opportunities for increased learning.
