About the event
The Sensory Friendly October Festival is from 3:30-6:30pm but we are asking those volunteering for set up to arrive at 2:30pm. For those volunteering for tear down, please arrive at 6pm. For those volunteering for any other options, please arrive at 3:00pm.Â
We need volunteers for:
-Set Up (set up tables/decorations)
-Tear Down (tear down tables/decorations)
-Guest Guides (ensure each guest knows all activities available to them/their families)
-Parent Respite Room Support (ensure parent respite room is fully stocked and parents know all accessible to them)
-Booths (hand out candy/restock games as needed)
-Food Management (ensure snacks/drinks are stocked)
-Security (manage entry/exit doors)
-Parking (direct parking)
-Photography (take photos of event)
-Characters (Fairy Characters/Disney Characters/Superheros)
-Greeters (greet guests upon entry)
